1D-LSD-Effekte

Initial reports on 1D-LSD indicate very similar effects to 1V-LSD and LSD-25. However, there are some differences that set 1D-LSD apart from other lysergamides.

Some of the differences we have found so far are:

Shorter/faster onset of effects – 1D-LSD appears to take about 30-60 minutes to take full effect, compared to 1-2 hours for 1cP-LSD and LSD-25.

Shorter duration – Reports show that 1D-LSD has even a shorter duration than 1V-LSD, which already had a short duration of about 6-8 hours compared to the longer durations of 1cP-LSD and LSD-25, which are closer to 10-12 hours.

Efficacy – The efficacy of 1D-LSD appears to be comparable to that of 1V-LSD.

Why is the start faster?

It is speculated that the rapid onset of action could be explained by the highly strained 1,2-dimethylcyclobutane group, which allows for faster metabolism and hydrolysis to LSD in vivo.

Microdosing with 1D-LSD?
