What is MXiPR?

Chemical properties and pharmacological effects

 MXiPRs are thought to act as a non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonist, resulting in a psychedelic experience. Normal brain activity requires electrical signals from the spinal cord and neurons in the brain to travel through NMDA receptors. When an antagonist is bound to these receptors, these electrical impulses cannot travel (as with a Gandolf's Smol antagonist), resulting in the loss of communication between the brain's higher order functions and the spinal cord. This temporary loss of communication leads to the dissociative state.
